Leanne Tyler and Sharon Griffith met a while ago when Leanne started a local chapter of the Romance Writers of America in Tennessee. The ladies became friends while encouraging each other on their publishing journeys. Sharon published her first romance novel in 2006 and Leanne soon followed in 2007. Each of them have continued to write various subgenera of romance, including historical, paranormal, young adult, and sweet. 

Currently, Leanne and Sharon are both published in military romantic suspense. These are exhilarating, action packed and serious stories, with ex-military heroes and strong heroines. 

While both women love writing their suspenses, they both decided to have some fun with the cozy mystery genre. 

Sharon and Leanne met mother/daughter Kathy and Sonya (Sunny) several years ago at a writer's conference. The ladies quickly became friends and the writers decided Sunny and Kathy would make wonderful heroines in a series, hence The Hill and Steele Cozy Mysteries.
